Datacon combines real construction experience with BIM-driven coordination and digital modeling.

Based in California, our approach is focused on solving construction challenges before work begins in the field.

We specialize in existing conditions, framing coordination, constructability review, and buildable digital models that support architects, builders, and project teams throughout preconstruction and execution.

With experience in complex residential, high-end residential, remodeling, and multi-family projects, we use BIM not simply as a visualization tool, but as a practical system for coordination, planning, and construction clarity.
